New signing Wesley Sneijder pick up what looks like a mild injury during an international friendly against Japan.

Netherland won the match 3-0. Sneijder scored the 2nd goals for the Netherland in the 73 minutes of the second half. However, minutes later he picked up an injury in his right ankle.

Netherland's coach claimed that the injury 'does not looks good'.

However, according to the latest report the injury is not at all serious. Sneijder will likely miss against Parma for 2nd Serie A Match and World Cup qualifier against Scotland.

Sneijder does not need to play the WC qualifier because the dutch already qualified for the WC.

Inter's medical staff remains hopeful that Sneijder will likely be available for the favourite clash against Barcelona in less than 2 weeks.
