Beckham returns to AC Milan PDF Print E-mail

AC Milan has added one more key player to their squad. LA Galaxy and AC Milan had agreed a loan deal to land David Beckham in San Siro.

The two clubs agreed that Beckham will play at the start of 2010 Season with AC Milan. Reports from various sources claimed that the deal had been finalized.

According to Sky news, Adriano Galliani spokes highly of Beckham to England Manager, Fabio Capello, and he is very happy to have him back in Milan.

The new coach, Leonardo, is also happy to have him in Milan and he is working a plan to fit beckham into his strategy.

David Beckham has been criticized by his LA Galaxy teammate London Donovan for having lack of focus with his current team. He is also had trouble adjusting in LA after had clash a few times with the fans.

AC Milan hope this deal will straighten the midfield area after the departure of Brazilian star, Kaka.

trezequet of juventusDavid Trezequet of Juventus told Gazzette dello sport reporteter that he is going to leave Juventus after season 2011. Trezequet who is 32 had been playing in Turin for 10 years.

Trezequet joined the Bianconerri in 2000 from AS Monaco."I've spoken with my family and we have reached this decision after 10 years in Turin," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Whether it will be a return to France or Argentina I don't know, but in June I will leave Turin".He added,"This is a very important year for me, and I want to end it with a win," he added.

"My story is almost done here and I think now is the right time to leave. My contract won't be a problem, (coach) Ciro Ferrera is already aware of my decision.

 
Chelsea got a year transfer banned PDF Print E-mail

Chelsea FC had been found guilty in breaching contract with Lens which involve a young french prodigy, Gael Kakuta. FIFA handed Chelsea a one year transfer banned, or registering any new player for the next two transfer windows. The punishment will be serve until 2011.

Chelsea FC is also fined as much as 130 thousands euro and Kakuta is fined 780 thousands euros.

According to Soccernet.com, FIFA said as following:

"The DRC found that the player had indeed breached a contract signed with the French club. Equally, the DRC deemed it to be established that the English club induced the player to such a breach...as a result the player was condemned to pay compensation in the amount of €780,000, for which the club, Chelsea, are jointly and severally liable. A restriction of four months on his eligibility to play in official matches has been imposed on Kakuta. Chelsea are banned from registering any new players, either nationally or internationally, for the two next entire and consecutive registration periods following the notification of the present decision. Furthermore, the club, Chelsea, have to pay Lens training compensation in the amount of €130,000."

Barcelona earns themselves another title after they beat Shakhtar Donetsk 1-0. Pedro Rodriguez scored the only goal for Barcelona in the over time.

The new signing Ibrahimovich from Inter Milan failed to impress the crowd as he was substitute by Pedro Rodriguez in the 81st minutes.

Lionel Messi deserved a credit for his brilliant pass to Pedro which resulted the goal.

The game was pretty much one sided with Barcelona controlled most of the game. Barca could have double and triple the lead, but Shakhtar was lucky to escape with a narrow loss.

robben is moving to bayernOn wednesday, Bayern's manager Uli Hoeness flew to madrid personally to talk to Real's president, Perez, to negotitate in selling Robben.

Reports are saying that Robben are very close in joining Bayern Munich because on thursday he was doing medical at Bayern. the deal is reportedly going to be around 25 millions euros.

According to Spanish radio Onda Cero, Perez is confident the deal is done in an interview. But Bayern will not confirm anything until Robben sign the agreement.

Manchester City's captain, Richard Dunne, will have to move to Aston Villa after the two clubs finished negoatiation for a fee.

Dunne's future looks uncertain after City bought Joleon Lescott from Everton.

This move will end the republic of ireland internationa's 10 year career with Manchester City. Dunne join City in 2000 for 3 million euro from Everton.

The captain has won many award with Manchester City and also been a key player for many years.
